Groupchat.tv is a new facebook app which brings the google+ hangout video chatting feature to facebook. The main part of this app is that it supports 50 video streams at a time. To use this app, first of all authorize this app and then share the chat link with your friends via chat, message, wall post or email. But your friends also need to authorize that facebook app before chat.
This app chat is not as smooth as Google hangout but you can give it a chance if you want a group chat feature for your facebook
