All webmasters starts their online project with a dream to reach at PR10 from Google. PageRank is the most important thing to rank higher in search engines especially in Google. The question is how Google makes ones PR 0 to 10 or how Google increases any website’s pagerank.
Google examine your websites regularly and find its link in other websites. If huge number of links found by Google then your pagerank will increase accordingly. It means to have higher pagerank you have to make your website unique so other webmaster likes your webpage and add a link of your webpage to their own website.

The link that Google need to find for your website on other’s website is also known as backlink. So, you must have good number of backlinks to increase your pagerank. There are many backlinks services available on net that provides massive number of backlinks to rank higher in Google but from this your website willrank higher only for little time as that kind of backlinks will be non-active. Backlinks must be active and edited by real human visitors and all must be natural.
If you have a PageRank of 2 and got new backlink from website which have pagerank 1 then its good but by this your webpage have slower increase in rankings of search but if you got backlinks from websites which have higher pagerank than 2 then it will perfect for your website and it will boost your rankings in Google.
How PR helps websites in search engines?
Consider websites A and B with different pageranks. Assume that A have PR3 and B have PR1 and there is one similar titled post like “How to install windows” in both websites A and B. Then if anyone who will be looking for “How to install windows” in Google, then Google shows website A before website B only because of higher pagerank. It may also happens that lower PR websites rank higher than higher PR websites, the reason behind this is that kind of websites have trulyunique content.
But generally higher PR websites will rank on top of the first page of Google. So, as you know (after reading this), to have high PR you must need high number of live backlinks!
