Have you wrote a whole long text in, let’s say, the Notes app of your iOS device and then something goes wrong for any reason and your device decides to reboot before you get the chance to paste or save your text anywhere else? Or have you been in a hurry writing some important-last-minute text before your iOS device shuts down because of battery drainage and you lose your text?
Well, let me tell you that in either cases, or any other different case, you did not lose your text. Yes, actually, it might be little known to iUsers, but iOS devices keeps clipboard data when you copy any text, and it’s kept safe and sound even after a reboot. This means that if you had tried to copy the text you wrote before your device reboots itself, you would’ve found your text safe as if nothing happened.
Let’s try together this simple experiment to test this theory, In this trial we’ll use the regular Notes app on iPhone.
Step 1: Type up this list or any thing on your mind:
Step 2: Copy the following text
Step 3: Shut your iPhone down and power it back on
Step 4: Now try and paste the text you copied before
Step 5: Surprise!
