This however, is a totally different tool called Command Line Interface which requires interaction from a command prompt. It is compatible with Windows operating system only.

How To Jailbreak iPhone 4S / iPad 2/3 on iOS 5.1.1 With CLI:
Step 1) I recommend you start by backing up your device fully. You shouldn’t need to restore the backup but I think it is necessary precaution.
Step 2) Download the folder which holds all the necessary files compressed. This is the ZIP version.
Step 3) The downloaded file should be named ‘cinject_0.4.3.zip’. All you have to do is open the file and extract a folder named ‘cinject_0.4.3′
Step 4) Now place the internal contents of the extracted file into a location on your computer for example on your desktop or system’s C: drive.
Step 5) With the use of a USB cable, connect your iPhone 4S or iPad 2 device to your PC.
Step 6) Click ‘Start’, search for ‘Run’ and select it.
Step 7) A Run prompt will be displayed, in the box type in ‘cmd.exe’. This will open up an instance of command prompt on your desktop.

Your device’s screen should look something like the picture below. Tap ‘Install’. You will be asked for a VPN password, just select Next, and tap on ‘Done’.
Step 10) You should now get rid of the payload by typing ‘cinject.exe -j payloads’ which jailbreaks the device and points it in the direction of the required payloads.
Step 11) Run the ‘cinject.exe -w’ command which watches the system log.
Step 12) On your device head to Settings, select General then Network. Look for the VPN option (you should find it at the bottom) and it ON.
Step 13) You will now be faced with a ‘configuration error message’. Tap OK. If things go the way they should, you should see an Apple logo on the screen and your device will reboot.
Step 14) Now you will find an ‘Absinthe’ icon on your home screen. All you have to do is Tap this icon and the jailbreak process will begin. You may see the Cydia application directly after the ‘cinject.exe -w’ command is executed so if that happens, load Cydia right away.
