Have you ever heard of a small town named Râmnicu Vâlcea from Romania? I’m pretty sure that your answer is no. This small and quiet town with a population less than 100,000 people has become famous over the past few years as a global hub of cyber-criminals.
otherboard writes that some people like to refer it as “Hackerville” while the other prefer the phrase “Cybercrime Central.”
Recently the security firm Norton has made and shared a documentary named “the most dangerous town on the internet” and tells the tale of Râmnicu Vâlcea and its famous hackers.
