The top performer this year was the mighty Logitech Z-5500 5.1 speakers. It is oneof the most powerful speakers, has good bassy neutral sound. They are perfect even for home theater systems where HTPCs and enthusiast level CD players with digital output. I wish the price was a lot lower but then, we can't have everything can we?
