How to make fast money on Facebook is a relative term, the definition will vary from person to person. Depending on your definition of what fast money is; in this post I discuss in my humble opinion the steps necessary to undergo in making fast money on Facebook using your blog as a tool and power editor – based on my perspective.

Before anything else, there is a foundation that must be laid and on this foundation everything that follows will stand.
The first and most crucial aspect in making money on Facebook is identifying your targeted audience – the people you want to make money from – and how hot in demand your product or service is to these people. Without identifying this set of individuals, making money will be hard.
But don’t worry, we will cover all that in details down this journey.
There are different method you can use to identity your target audience/market, but for the purpose of this write-up, I will want us to be more specific and direct in our Facebook marketing approach.
Therefore, you’ll need to plug-in to your Google analytic dashboard – if you own a blog and have already install Google analytisc code. Well, the information contain in this post will be best executed if you own a blog install with Google analytics code.
But if you don’t, you can skip this area and moved on to the next step.
Log in to your analytic dashboard and click on “Audience”, next click on “Demographics” on your demographics data – first take a look at the top three or four countries that have the highest percentage of visit; but to make our marketing more precise and well targeted we will need to dig a bit further.
Now click on city, a list of cities around the world where your blog visitors are coming from to visit your blog will be presented to you.
Don’t worry, you’ll see why we need this data when we get to Facebook to set up our advert. But before that, there is one more very important step to undergo, and along with the data we collect here, we’re going to need this city data to make our marketing more professional and increase our chances with return on investment .
So head over to Google keyword planner or any keyword tools of your choice. Like always, I prefer using the keyword tools from Google.
On the “Targeting setting”, chose the cities your Google analytics report present to you as your target geographical location. Chose all these cities as your preferred target audience.
You can limit it to the first four or so, this will depend on individual choice though.
Input your keyword in the proper field and run it.
This is where it get a bit dirty and time-consuming – you want fast money right? You need a concrete plan.
Take your time here to find the best keyword that shows higher potential on return on investment. If things are not done right here, the whole process will be flop.
Your keyword of choice should be related to your blog topic or industry, it shouldn’t be an off topic. You need to go after audience who are already familiar with your blog topic of discussion. These are set of people who already knows about your brand and your blog. This will make it more easier to sell quickly.
One of the major reason we started with our Google analytics report – to target audience who already familiar with our brands and services.
Sure on your final keyword of choice? Now is time to do a bit of research and find relevant products or services to match your chosen keyword. This is where the money is and what make the big different in everything we’ve cover up since the beginning of this journey.
There are hundred of places you can find good quality affiliate products to match your chosen keyword; Share-a-sale, click-bank, Commission Junction, LinkShare etc.
Sing up with any of these affiliate network companies if you haven’t already done so, find the products that best match your target audience. Sing up to be an affiliate for the said products or services, get your affiliate code and DON’T start promoting right away if what you really want is fast money using Facebook as your platform.
Why did I say you don’t start promoting right away?
Now go back to your blog and write a comprehensive post around your targeted keyword. This post should be educating enough to get people motivated, and in most cases, it should be a kind of review post.
Done writing your post? Head over to Facebook advertising section. This is where everything will be finalized.
In one of my publication, I made mention how you can use Facebook post boost option to drive targeted traffic to your offer, that was an easy and very straight method of advertising on Facebook; but I have found a better way you can advert on Facebook that increases your chances of getting the highest return on investment.
Though, is a bit more complex and need some sort of creative. With the help of your Google analytic data you collected in the beginning, this process will be made more easier to undergo.
Instead of the “boost option” on your Facebook timeline page, click on manage adverts on the tiny drop down menu that appear on your account page at the top right hand corner.
On the next page that appear, click on “Power Editor” on the menu list at the left hand side.
This where your journey to make fast money on Facebook begin. The power editor will make your ads set at is best, targeted to your ideal audience your Google analytics present you with and more things you can do to make your ads more targeted.
For proper understanding of how to use the power editor to better your advert campaign to make a near perfect marketing, I have the below video for you to watch and this detailed comprehensive post by Kiss Metrics. and another post from Social Media Examine.
Would love to here from you...
