Display A Legal Notice When PC Turns On

Using this trick, you can display a dialogue box before welcome screen each time your pc starts.

Follow these steps:

STEP:1. Go to start menu and open RUN, or simply press win key+R.
STEP:2. Type regedit in the box and press enter key.

STEP:3. Then, windows registry editor will open. Now press ctrl+F key (Find).
STEP:4. Find/Search box will appear. Type legalnoticecaption in the box and press enter key.

STEP:5. You will get two strings, "legalnoticecaption" and "legalnoticetext".

STEP:6. Double click on legalnoticecaption to edit the value data.
STEP:7. In the value data field, type your text, such as WELCOME and click OK.

STEP:8. In the same way, edit the value data of string legalnoticetext and click OK.

STEP:9. Now close registry editor and restart your computer.
You will see your legal notice caption when computer starts.
